Terms.
These terms cover the COVERT practice site: the public pages, the practice-account application, and signed-in ordering. Questions go to signal@covert.bio.
Practice account
Starting the practice file creates an account for that practice. Purchasing stays off until a reviewer approves the account. There is no practice-account subscription charge. Product and applicable order charges are shown before purchase.
Orders
An approved account orders from the catalog available to that practice. Approval does not include every product. Pack size and price are shown in the account before the order is placed.
Payment
Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe.
Returns and refunds
Report damaged, incorrect or short items to signal@covert.bio within 7 days of delivery, with the order number and photos. COVERT pays return shipping for those items and replaces or refunds them. Unopened product with intact seals can be returned within 30 days of delivery once COVERT authorizes the return in writing. The practice pays return shipping, and there is no restocking fee. Opened or used product cannot be returned. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe, and the payment provider sets when the funds appear.
Acceptance
Starting the practice file records that you accepted these terms and the privacy notice, with the date and version 2026-09-28.
