COVERT

Shipping & Returns.

These rules cover shipping, delivery estimates, cancellation, returns, refunds, and shipment problems for practice-account orders. Professional Account Terms cover eligibility and payment. Questions go to signal@covert.bio.

Service area

Covert ships to approved U.S. practice ship-to addresses. For those destinations, shipping inside the United States is included and there is no customs charge. Shipments outside that service area are not offered on the practice site unless Covert confirms otherwise in writing.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are prepared for dispatch after payment is confirmed and the ordered items are available to ship. Dispatch time is separate from carrier transit time. Tracking details are shared when the carrier provides them.

Delivery estimates

For approved U.S. practice ship-to addresses, estimated arrival is two to three days after dispatch. That timing is an estimate based on typical fulfillment and transit. It is not a guaranteed delivery window. Actual arrival can vary with stock, order timing, carrier performance, and destination.

Lost packages

If a shipment appears lost, contact signal@covert.bio with the order number and ship-to details. Covert will review tracking and work with the carrier on a replacement or other remedy when the package cannot be located.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order without a cancellation fee before fulfillment begins. Request cancellation by emailing signal@covert.bio with the order number. Once the order has been dispatched, the return policy below applies instead.

Returns and refunds

Eligible change-of-mind returns may be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery. Eligible items are unopened, unused, sealed, and in original packaging, and must have been stored as directed. Return authorization is required before you send a return. Email signal@covert.bio with the order number and the items to return. Opened, used, unsealed, or improperly stored products are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns. Defective products, incorrect or damaged shipments, recalls, and safety complaints are reviewed under Damage, shortages & wrong items and Product Support & Safety, even when the product has been opened. There is no restocking fee on authorized eligible returns.

Return shipping costs

The practice pays return shipping for an authorized change-of-mind return. Covert pays return or replacement shipping when the shipment was incorrect, damaged in transit, or defective as supplied.

Refund processing

Refunds for authorized returns are issued after Covert receives and inspects the returned items. Timing depends on inspection and the original payment method. Covert will confirm when the refund has been submitted to the payment processor.

Damage, shortages, and wrong items

Report visible damage, shortages, or wrong items within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number, photos of the issue and packaging when available, and the lot number when it is on the label. This reporting window helps Covert investigate shipment problems quickly. It does not bar later reports of latent defects, quality concerns, or safety complaints.

Product integrity

Follow the storage directions for the supplied product. Lot and expiry information on the supplied product identify the actual batch. When Covert knows that stock is short-dated relative to ordinary supply, that condition is identified before purchase when shown in the account. Covert does not publish a universal minimum remaining shelf-life promise beyond what is shown for the available lot.
