This notice describes the COVERT practice site: the public pages, account application, and signed-in ordering. Questions go to signal@covert.bio.
Information on this site
If you apply or sign in, Covert stores the practice details you submit, your account email, and a password hash. Approved accounts can place orders. Card and ACH payments are processed by Stripe. License and document scans you upload are stored with the practice file.
Essential cookies keep the sign-in session and remember your cookie choice. They are required for those functions.
Checks on an application
When a practice file is submitted, Covert opens the website you entered, looks up the NPI in the CMS NPI Registry, and compares the address and business details you provided. A reviewer uses these results to decide on the account.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the site. Supabase stores account and order records. Google Cloud Storage stores uploaded license and document scans. Resend sends account and order emails. Stripe processes payments.
Analytics
Google Analytics runs only after you accept analytics cookies, and only on public pages. It does not run on signed-in practice or admin pages. Advertising storage, Google signals, and ad personalization are off. Decline, or change the choice later, and those analytics cookies are cleared.
