Effective July 20, 2026. Covert Bio Inc. operates Covert.bio and is responsible for the personal information described in this notice.
Information collected
When you request access, we collect your email address. The site also collects limited first-party analytics about visits and interactions. Campaign parameters, referring page, initial landing page and advertising click identifiers may be retained to understand how an access request reached Covert.bio.
Optional advertising measurement
If you allow advertising measurement, Covert.bio may load measurement technologies from advertising platforms and share selected website events with them. These events may include page views, access requests and completed deposits. Contact information used for server-side matching is normalized and cryptographically hashed before transmission. Declining optional advertising measurement does not affect access to the site.
How information is used
Information is used to administer access requests, communicate material development and release updates, measure campaign effectiveness, operate the website and protect the service.
Service providers
We use service providers for database hosting, transactional email, website hosting, payment processing, analytics and, when enabled with consent, advertising measurement.
Retention and choices
Access-request information and related attribution records are retained while AXIS development and release activity remains relevant, unless deletion is requested or a longer period is required by law. Advertising measurement may be declined when the choice is presented.
